We operate the only Abattoir and Cutting Plant on the Island of Arran, Scotland and provide a service to local farmers for the slaughter and butchering of sheep, lambs, pigs and goats.

* New Service* We are now licenced to handle WILD GAME and will be offering the complete dressing and packing service for your legally obtained RED DEER. CONTACT ME FOR FURTHER DETAILS of this additional service.
We can also accommodate farmers from Kintyre and Argyll who require our abattoir and butchering services for their livestock.

The attached butchers shop is also supplied with locally reared lambs.

Arran residents can now buy fresh lamb, pork or goat meat sourced from local farms, without the need for long distance transportation of animals to the mainland abattoirs.

Local farmers can be assured that their animals are transported and handled in such a way as to eliminate stress, as we are a maximum of 45 minutes from any farm on the island.

With our help farmers now have the oportunity to sell their livestock directly to the customers.

The abattoir and cutting plant started operating on 21 st september 2004.
