As far as possible, all orders received before a Saturday will be completed and dispatched from the Island on the following Tuesday by Parcelforce 24. You should receive your order on the Wednesday.
If however you do not receive your order within 24 - 36 hours of dispatch, you should contact us whereupon we can trace the progress and if necessary have the goods returned to us, and a replacement order dispatched.
On receipt of your order you should check the goods to ensure they are in good condition and still in a chilled state, " cold to touch" ,if not you should inform us within 24 hours.
We will notify you within 24 hours or sooner if we have a shortage of any item you have ordered, offering the option of an alternative or to wait until the desired product is available.
Our Island location means that our delivery service is weather dependant, especially during the Winter months. We will notify you if there are any expected delays.
We do not dispatch our orders unless we are confident you will have the goods the following day.
