The pork we have on offer is from the Oxford Sandy and Black pig and is born and reared here on Arran by the Glister family who farm at Aucheleffan about 4 miles from Kilmory and into the heart of the forestry.

The Glisters also breed Boer meat goats which we also process and is available on request.

Initially we will be selling pork in minimum orders of one side.

All cutting, sausage making,  packing, labeling and delivery is included in the price you pay.

On receipt of your order we will contact you to request details of how you would like your order butchered and packed.
